摘要
工匠心理作为内化的工匠精神是个体良好职业素质的体现。研究采用问卷调查法探讨听障大学生工匠心理与职业适应性情况。结果显示:听障大学生工匠心理及职业适应性处于中上水平,社会实践、听力水平及薪资期望会影响听障大学生的工匠心理,工匠心理与职业适应显著正相关,其中工匠沉浸、工匠韧性及工匠技能具有正向预测作用。为此,可从社会实践、职业韧性、职业生涯规划提升听障大学生工匠心理与职业适应水平。
Craftsman psychology,as the internalized craftsman spirit,is a reflection of individual good professional qualities.The study used questionnaire survey method to explore the craftsman psychology and career adaptability of hearing-impaired college students.The results show that the craftsman psychology and career adaptability of hearing-impaired college students are at an upper-middle level.Social practice,hearing level and salary expectations will affect the craftsman psychology of hearing-impaired college students.The craftsman psychology is significantly positively related to career adaptability,among which craftsman immersion,craftsman immersion,and career adaptability are significantly positive.Resilience and craftsman skills were positively predictive.To this end,the craftsman psychology and career adaptation level of hearing-impaired college students can be improved from social practice,professional resilience,and career planning.
