摘要
大骨节病(KBD)的病因及发病机制未明,缺乏特异性的治疗手段,关于病因假说有4种:生物地球化学说、饮水中有机物中毒学说、粮食真菌毒素中毒说,以及病毒感染学说。近年来对KBD发病机制的分子生物学、基因组学及遗传病学的研究成为国内外研究的热点,目前已经达成共识的是:KBD是一种包括遗传因素及环境因素在内的多种复合因素导致的疾病。
The cause and the pathogenesis of Kashin-Beck Disease（KBD） is not clear. Specific treatment for it is under investigation, four etiological hypotheses： biology-earth-chemistry hypothesis, water organic compound poisoning hypothesis, food fungi toxin poisoning hypothesis were and the virus hypothesis. In recent years the hot pot of the research focused on the molecular biology, genomics and genopathy of KBD. Many kinds of composite factors such as genetic factor and environmental factor lead to KBD which has already reached a consensus.
