摘要
大规模风电的接入对宁夏电网的安全、稳定和经济运行影响较大,急需建设宁夏电网风电功率预测系统。本文在总结国内外风功率预测研究成果的基础上,阐述宁夏电网风电功率预测系统框架、建设原则、软硬件方案。以确保宁夏大规模风电接入后电网的安全、稳定、经济运行。
The connection of large-scale wind electricity has great effect on the security, stability and economic operation for Ningxia Power Grid, it is necessary to build Ningxia Power Grid wind electric power forecast system. On the basis of summarizing both domestic and abroad wind electric power forecast research results, describes the frame, the building principle, the software and hardware plan of Ningxia Power Grid wind electric power forecast system. The construction of the system will have important significance for the security, stability and economic operation of Ningxia Power Grid after large-scale wind electric connection.
