摘要
针对功能模型信息向装配模型传递需要,提出了基于特征的功能约束向装配关系,功能单元向装配单元的分层次映射方法。通过对功能结构网络模型与装配总体结构模型的描述,保证了装配映射模型的完整性。通过对组成装配模型的装配单元、装配特征和装配关系之间的联系及作用的研究,建立了模型之间的映射机制。研究映射规则算法,建立不同的实例库和映射表,保证了映射关系的可行性。较好实现了自顶向下的约束信息传递。最后通过实例对该映射方法进行了分析。
According to the transfer requirements of the functional model information to the assembly model, the level-division mapping method was proposed that the function constraint to assembly relation, and that the function unit to the assembly unit. The integrity of assembly mapping model was assured by the description of function structure network model and assembly general structure model. The mapping mechanism between the models was established by study on connection and effect between the assembly units, assembly features and assembly relations of the assembly model. The different case databases and mapping tables was established by study on the rules algorithm. The feasibility of the mapping relation is guaranteed. The topdown transfer of the constraint information is better realized. Finally, this mapping method is analyzed by using cases.
