摘要
针对商品化计算机辅助设计系统与虚拟装配系统间的数据转换问题,提出了一种虚拟装配环境下的零件信息层次表达结构模型,该模型由面片层、几何层、特征层和零件层组成;给出了虚拟装配环境下零件信息模型的重构方法,通过对计算机辅助设计系统中零件信息的提取和虚拟装配环境中零件信息的重构,较好地解决了商品化计算机辅助设计系统与虚拟装配系统之间的数据集成问题;建立了虚拟装配原型系统,验证了研究结果的可行性。
To obtain data from CAD system is the first step for virtual assembly system. A multi-layer component information expression structure model in virtual assembly was proposed. The model consisted of polygon layer, B-Rep layer, feature layer and component layer in virtual environment. Reconstruction method of component information model in virtual environment was proposed. The information in component layer and B-Rep layer were constructed based on the additional data exported from the CAD models. The link between B-Rep layer and polygon layer was established through a surface-polygon mapping mechanism. This method has solved the data transformation between CAD system and virtual assembly system very well. At last, a prototype system was established and its feasibility was verified by research result.
