情景模拟与临床实践并重模式在急救专科护士气管插管培训中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探索提高急救专科护士临床急救气管插管水平的教学模式。方法参照“理论讲授+分项急救技术练习+综合模拟演练+录像分析+总结”的国际流行模式,注重情景模拟示教、演练和临床实践的环节,并优化教学流程。结果利用挪威Laerdal公司产LF03699u型急救气管插管头部模型情景模拟考核全部合格,平均(93.36±2.19)分。培训后能独立进行气管插管操作者达100%。结论采取情景模拟急救培训与临床实践并重的教学模式是提高急救专科护士临床急救气管插管水平的有效方法。 Objective To explore an effective training model in order to improve the rescue level of first-aid special nurses. Methods In the training of tracheal intubation for first-aid special nurses,we stressed scenario simulation and clinical practice equally on the basis of international pop model and optimized the teaching process. Airway Larry Airway Management Trainer with Stand was used in the scenario simulation assessment. Results All of the nurses passed the simulation assess- ment,and the average score was 93.36±2.19. After training,all of the nurses could carry out tracheal intubation independently. Conclusion The model of stressing scenario simulation and clinical practice equally can improve first-aid special nurses' level of tracheal intubation.
