酯酶酶带籼粳分类法及稻种籼粳分类体系的讨论 被引量:9

摘要 回顾了近10年来作者对酯酶酶带籼粳分类法及籼粳分类体系的研究结果。对于稻种酯酶同工酶进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,发现了籼稻、粳稻、普通野生稻、非洲稻的标志酶带,以程氏分类法为基础,建立了酯酶酶带分类法,实现了形态分类向实验分类的转化。在处理难分类的品种时,酶带分类和形态分类结果出入10%左右,处理普通品种时,出入5%左右。从典型籼到典型粳,各种分类性状都是连续变异的;在连续变异的某个环节上,应该有籼粳中间型,具体表现为某些品种很难精确分为籼稻或粳稻。建议籼粳中间型与籼、粳并列,为第三个亚种。普通野生稻一向被认为是独立于栽培稻之外的一个种。普通野生稻和籼或粳杂交,后代纯合可育,没有生殖隔离;14A仅仅反映了普通野生稻和栽培稻在生理或调控方面的差异;用测交结实率和形态分类来分析,普通野生稻难分籼或粳。普通野生稻是籼粳中间型。认为可由普通野生稻和某些原始的栽培品种组成籼粳中间型。 Our study on the method and system of rice indica japonica classification was reviewed. Some esterase bands in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were found to be the marks of Incdica, Japonica, common wild rice( O. rufipogon G.) and African rice( O. glaberrima S.). Based on the esterase bands, a simple and effective method of indica japonica classification was established. Compared with the morphological method, it showed the deviation of 5% for classifying common rice varieties, 10% for the varieties difficult to be classified. Because of the continuity, the intermediate type between Indica and Japonica should exist. It was suggested that the intermediate type was the third subspecies besides Indica subspecies and Japonica subspecies within O. sativa L. The common wild rice had been considered as a species in Oryza. The offsprings of hybridization between the common wild rice and cultivars were fertile, which indicated they had no reproductive isolation and should be classified into one species. Common wild rice was considered as the intermediate type through analysis of glume hairiness scores, esterase bands and crosses. The intermediate type consisted of the common wild rice and some primitive cultivars.
