无溶剂无催化剂合成新型苯并咪唑衍生物

New approach to benzoimidazoles under solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions

摘要 报道了无溶剂无催化剂条件下取代邻苯二胺与1,3-二氯丙酮的反应,合成了新型苯并咪唑衍生物.该方法具有产率高、反应条件温和、反应时间短、无需催化剂等优点. A series of new benzoimidazoles were prepared from the reaction of substituted phenylenediamines and 1,3-dichloroacetone under solvent-free, catalyst-free conditions in good to excellent yields.
