摘要
在无溶剂条件下,无需催化剂,2-溴-1-苯基乙酮和2-氨基吡啶发生缩合反应生成了一系列2-苯基咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶化合物,产率达55.0%～90.0%,产物结构由1H NMR,IR和MS得到确认.该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简便、产率高和环境友好等优点.
2-phenylimidazo[ 1,2-a ] pyridines were synthesized via the condensation reaction of 2-bromoacetophenone and 2-aminopyridine under the conditions of catalyst-free and solvent-free with yields of 55.0 % - 90.0 %. The structures of the products were characterized by l H NMR, IR and MS techniques. The proposed technique has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simplicity, and environment-friendly.
