摘要
伦敦英国图书馆藏有清代著名画家王翚于康熙四十三年(1704)绘成的《王石谷全黄图》一幅。此图系由清圣祖康熙帝授命曾任职宮廷的画家绘制而成,不同于以河道总督为中心的清代黄河图,反映了清代河渠图的多样性。《王石谷全黄图》参照了明代晚期和清代前期的黄河图,画面精美,山脉绘制技法尤其精湛,有雍正初年的《黄淮河图》和道光二十五年(1845)司马钟的《黄河全图》两个摹本传世,具有一定的艺术价值和较深远的历史影响。《王石谷全黄图》先后由东河河道总督和海外收藏机构收藏,摹绘本先后由国立北平图书馆和台北故宫博物院收藏,该图反映了清代河渠水利图的绘制机制和流传方式,在中国地图史和文化交流史上都占有重要地位。
A long-scrolled colorful Map of'The Overall Map of the Yellow River by Wang Shigu'(Wang Shigu quan huang tu,王石谷全黄图),preserved in the British Library in London,was painted the famous court painter Wang Hui in the 43rd year of Kanghsi(康熙) Reign(1704). Ordered by the Emperor Kangxi personally,the famous court painter created the map was different from the others of the Yellow River of the Qing Dynasty which were mostly organized by the Watercourse Viceroy(He dao zong du,河道总督).This map shows the diversity of the maps of the Yellow River of the Qing Dynasty.By reference to the other maps of the Yellow River painted in the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty,with the exquisite rendering techniques of mountains in particular,'The Overall Map of the Yellow River of Wang Shi-gu'is absolutely beautiful and holds a very high artistic value and far-reaching historical impact.There are two copies of the map that have been circulated so far:one is'The Map of the Yellow River and the Huaihe River'(Huang huai he t-u,黄淮河图) which was painted in the early years of Yongzheng(雍正) Reign, the other is'The Overall Map of the Yellow River'(Huang he quan tu,黄河全图) painted by Sima Zhong in 25th year of Daoguang(道光) Reign(1845).Kept by the Watercourse Viceroy of Donghe (Dong he he dao zong du) and the British Library in succession,with its two copies preserved in the National Beijing Library and the Taipei Palace Museum in succession,'The Overall Map of the Yellow River by Wang Shigu'tells the mapping system and the circulating ways of the hydraulic maps of the Qing Dynasty,and thus takes an important position in the cartographic history and the cultureexchanging history of China.
