摘要
采用邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定六个不同品系普通念珠藻的SOD酶活并进行比较,结果表明,采自山西宁武秋千沟的样品SOD酶活最大,达9631 U.g-1.通过方差分析得知,该品系与其他品系之间酶活性存在差异显著,说明该品系具有较高的抗性.
The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in six strains of Nostoc Commune were studied by pyrogallol autoxidation method. The result shows that the Qiuqiangou strain contain high level enzyme activity in SOD and reach 9 631 U · g^-1. The strain was significant difference between it and other strains through analysis of variance and has a high resistance.
