甲钴胺对老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者平衡功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察甲钴胺对老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者平衡功能的影响。方法老年2型糖尿病合并DPN患者56例,随机分为两组,每组28例。治疗组给予肌注甲钴胺500μg,1次/天,对照组给予肌注维生素B1100mg+维生素B120.5mg,1次/天,共治疗8周。治疗前后运用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评价患者平衡功能。结果治疗组BBS评分8周后较治疗前显著提高(P〈0.05),治疗前后BBS评分变化比较两组有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论甲钴胺能有效改善老年DPN患者的平衡功能。 Objective To observe the effect of mecobalamin on the balance ability in older patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods Older patients with DPN (n = 56)were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (n = 28)received daily mecobalamin 500 μg i. m and control group( n = 28 ) received VitB1 100 nag + VitB12 0.5 mg i. m ,both for 8 weeks. To evaluate Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores pretheraphy and 8 weeks late. Results In treatment group BBS scores 8 weeks late were significantly improved compare to pretheraphy( P 〈0.05) ,the scores change between two groups was significantly statistical difference( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Mecobalamin can effectively improve the balance ability in older patients with DPN.
