摘要
台体组件是惯性测量组合的关键部件。根据某型号捷联惯性测量组合技术要求,采用三维建模和有限元分析方法,对某型号惯性组合的台体结构进行了充分论证和分析,确定了最优台体结构。计算结果表明,该台体具有良好的刚度和动态特性,能为惯性仪表提供良好的工作环境。最后,对台体上安装的减振器的参数、结构形式和安装位置进行了详细分析。研究工作对今后型号研制设计具有一定的指导意义。
Platform component is the key part of strapdown inertial measurement unit. Based on the technological need of a new type of strapdown inertial measurement unit, three dimensional modeling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is used to design the platform component structure. And then, the optimal structure of platform component is determined on the basis of analysis and calculation. The calculation proved the platform has better intensity and dynamic characteristic. At last the design parameter and structural style and mounted position of vibration damper is analyzed particularly. This study would be a guidance for the design of new type of strapdown inertial measurement unit in the future.
