摘要
软件人才培养过程中存在人才结构不合理、学生所学与企业所需脱节、工程实践能力不强、学生国际化竞争力不强以及缺乏团队协作精神等问题,故必须创新人才培养模式。"项目驱动"的软件人才培养模式是由环境、学生、项目、课程、教师等基本要素构成。人才培养应从项目优选、精选教师、改革授课模式和考评方法以及发挥大学生科协的作用等方面实践这一模式。
A creative module for developing software engineers should be introduced based on the existing issues, such as lack of actual engineering experience, insufficient competence of international cooperation, and incapacity for teamwork. The ＂project-driven＂ module of cultivating the students majoring in software is involved with the experiment environment, students, projects, course and teachers; besides this, it will be strengthened by appropriate projects, the best teachers, reformed teaching methods, and the evaluation strategy with the help of University Scientific Association.
