摘要
用一些塔的塔顶物流来加热另一些塔的塔底物流以减少公用工程耗量的精馏塔系热集成,是针对精馏系统的一种节能潜力极大的措施。提出了一种将模拟分析技术和启发式方法相结合的完整的塔系热集成方法。该方法通过对基于三条热集成规则的热集成矩阵的启发式分析,同时考虑了精馏塔间的直接热集成和调压热集成。根据所提出的三条准则筛选出可行且有效的热集成方案。此外,应用ASPEN PLUS模拟分析了压力变化对分离效果的影响,以确保调压热集成的可行性。对某石化公司的乙烯装置分离系统的塔系提出了热集成方案。在该热集成方案中,采用了一处直接热集成,两处调压热集成。结果表明,集成后,精馏塔系的加热公用工程和冷却公用工程的消耗量分别减少13.8%和18.9%。
Heat integration of distillation columns, by applying overhead streams of some columns to heat the bottom streams of other columns, can greatly reduce utility consumption, so that become a very potential way to save energy in a distillation system. A systematic method was proposed for the heat integration of distillation systems, based on combined applications of simulation analysis and heuristic approach. Both the direct and pressure changed heat integration were considered simultaneously by using the heuristic analysis to a heat integration matrix with aid of three heuristic rules. Three criterions were generated for selecting feasible and effective heat integration schemes. In addition, ASPEN PLUS software can be used to analysis the effect of the pressure change on separation effect, so that the feasibility of the heat integration with pressure change can be ensured. Then, the proposed method was applied to a certain ethylene plant. The integrated scheme consists of two pressure changed heat integration and one direct heat integration. The result shows that the consumption of the heating utility and the cooling utility will reduce 13.8% and 18.9 % after the integration, respectively.
