摘要
目的对缓/控释制剂临床应用存在的问题进行分析,促进临床合理用药。方法审查本院2008年1月至2008年7月住院医嘱,就缓/控释制剂在应用中的问题进行归纳总结。结果缓控释制剂应用中存在用法、用量问题,给药频次错误的出现频率较高。结论临床药师应加强药学监护(PC)工作,采取干预性措施使缓/控释制剂的应用更安全、有效。
Objective To analyze the existing problems of sustained/controlled release preparation in clinical application, and to improve the rationality of clinical drug application. Methods The prescriptions of inpatients from January 2008 to July 2008 in our hospital were monitored. The problems of sustained/controlled release preparation in clinical application were summarized. Results There were usage and dosage problems in the application of sustained/controlled release preparation. The error rate of the drug adminstration frequency was high. Conclusion The pharmaceutical care （PC） should be strengthened by clinical pharmacists. Intervention method should be used to ensure the safe and effective application of sustained/controlled release preparation.
