摘要
选取新鲜鸡血为乙酰胆碱酯酶的酶源,对其进行了高速离心、透析、盐析和凝胶柱层析等分离纯化。在pH=7.5缓冲液中,30℃下保温30 min等最佳测试条件下,得到的酶活力为U=0.112(μmol/min),比活力2.24。
Chick blood was selected as a source of enzyme, and the extraction and purification of acetycholinesterase（ACHE） by means of centrifugal, salting-out, dialysis and gel column chromatography were studied. The enzyme activity value was 0. 112（μmol/min）, and the rate activity was 2.24, when the buffer solution of pH=7.5 was used, the temperature was 30 ℃, and the time of heat preservation was 30 min.
