摘要
目的建立原子荧光光谱法同时测定水样中的汞和砷的方法。方法原子荧光光谱法同时测定水样中的汞和砷。结果在最佳测试条件下汞的检出限0.2399μg/L,测定的相对标准偏差为0.88%~3.27%,样品的加标回收率为104%~114%;砷的检出限为0.499 5μg/L,测定的相对标准偏差为1.47%~1.71%,样品的加标回收率为99.6%~108.8%。结论该方法在最佳测试条件下可以准确、快速地同时测定水样中的汞和砷。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Methods The simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometer was studied. Results Under the best condition,the detection limit of mercury was 0. 239 9 μg/L,RSD was 0. 88%~3.27% and recoveries was in the range of 104%~114%. The deteetlon limit of arsenic was 0. 499 5 μg/L,RSD was 1.47 %-1.71% and recoveries was in the range of 99.6 % ~ 108.8 %. Conclusion The results of the study show that the determination of mercury and arsenic is practicable and quick under the best condition.
