摘要
对农业科研人员现行的绩效考核体系存在的问题和原因进行分析,就科研人员的绩效考核原则、设计思路、绩效考核指标及考核计分标准等方面进行研究,建立一套较为适合农业科研人员的绩效考核体系,为人力资源管理的理论研究和实践提供参考。
The problems and causes of the existing achievement evaluation system for scientific researchers in agricultural scientific organizations are analyzed, and the principle, designing idea, and the index and standards of grading of achievement evaluation are discussed to establish an appropriate achievement evaluation system for scientific researchers in agricultural research organizations, which provides a reference for theoretic research and practice in human resource management in these organizations.
