摘要
目的:研究夏枯草Prunella vulgaris L.果穗中的化学成分。方法:乙醇总提取物经醋酸乙酯萃取,萃取物经反复硅胶柱和SephadexLH-20柱色谱分离和纯化得到单体化合物,根据理化性质和波谱分析数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从夏枯草中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,其结构分别为大黄酚(1)、2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(2)、汉黄芩素(3)、乌苏酸(4)、β-香树脂醇(5)、α-菠甾醇(6)、α-菠甾酮(7)、β-胡萝卜苷(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论:化合物1~3、7是从该属植物中首次分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Spica Pmnellae. Methods: The ethanol extract of Spica Prunellae was extracted by ethyl acetate. The extract was separated repeatedly by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 col- tram chromatography. Compounds structures were identified on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from Spica Prunellae, and their structures were identified as : chrysophanol ( 1 ), 2-hydroxyl-3 -methyanthraquinone (2), wogonin (3), ursolic acid (4), β-amyrin (5), α-hessisteml (6), α-spinasterone (7), β-daucosteml (8),β-sitosterol (9) . Conclusion: Compoundsl-3, 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
