摘要
社会转型时期,政府职能面临转变,新形势下单一的行政管理模式已较难适应日渐多样的社会生活范畴,通过社会工作的介入,为加强社会管理来架设新的社会稳定平台提供了可能。而针对戒毒人员这种特殊的社区高危弱势人群的照管服务,社会工作的介入更易被吸毒者个体所接受,凸显专业化和个性化服务,有助于戒毒目标的完成。本文论述了社会工作在戒毒领域的可行性和必要性,并在介入途径上提出相关建议。
During a social transitional period, government＇s function should transform ac- cordingly. Under this circumstance, single administration no longer adapts to various social life. With the contribution of social work, social management is more likely to bring about better so- cial stability. In addition, social work, part of which involve in the care of drug addicts who are trying to get rid of taking drug, is accepted by drug addicts. As giving professional and personalized service, it helps success abandonment of drugs. This essay argues and suggests that social work is practicable and necessary for community drug rehabilitation
