摘要
采用实地调查和实践研究相结合的方法,了解惠州红树林湿地历史变迁和现状,探讨红树林湿地资源对地方经济、生态、环境、景观美学等方面的功能价值,找出惠州红树林湿地遭受破坏的原因以及红树林湿地恢复过程中存在的问题;认为应通过建立红树林自然保护区、加强红树林的管护等方法,恢复和改善红树林湿地资源。
Mangrove is a typical wetland resource growing in tropical and subtropical areas. Its function and protection are an important topic in current mangrove wetland research. We take mangrove wetlands in Huizhou City of Guangdong Province as an example, investigate the historical change and current status of the mangrove wetlands, and discuss the function of mangrove wetland in local economy, ecology, environment and landscape aesthetics. This paper aims to analyze the causes for the damage to mangrove wetland resources and problems in conserving of mangrove wetland resources. It is found that there are mainly five aspects that affect the mangrove resources： （1） low survival rate in mangrove restoration, （2） the conflicts between economic development and environmental conservation; （3） lack of capital investment; （4） the co-ordination and management mechanism has not yet been fully set up; （5） lack of law propaganda and public education. According to the problems and the function of mangrove wetland, this study proposes several strategies in order to improve the development of mangrove wetland resources, such as establishing mangrove wetland nature reserves and strengthening the protection of mangrove management. Such project will play an important role in the sustainable development of local economy and environment. At the same time it will set an example for the research on mangrove wetland resource in other areas.
