摘要
在对ANSYS计算操作过程进行简要介绍的基础上,用ANSYS对受高频周期脉冲激励锯片的动态响应进行了计算,方便地得到了用解析法不易求出的结果,为降低锯机的噪声、研究锯片的破坏机理和设计更新更好的锯机提供了依据,并以此为例,详细说明了ANSYS用于复杂结构响应研究的全过程及优越性,指出了使用过程中应注意的几个问题。
After a brief introduction of ANSYS calculation procedure,the dynamic response on the saw blade excited by high frequency pulse has been calculated with ANSYS.The result has been more conveniently obtained with ANSYS than with analytic method.This research has provided the evidence for reducing noise of the saw blade,and investigating the damage mechanism of the blade,so as to design better saw blades.This paper illustrates the application of ANSYS to study the response of complex structure and the advantage of ANSYS as well.In addition,this paper also involes how to have a good command of ANSYS and put forward several points for attention on the use of ANSYS.
