低密度水包白油钻井液在潜山欠平衡钻井中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 华北油田潜山油藏埋藏深,井下温度高,地层压力系数低。为满足该油藏欠平衡钻井的需要,研究出了高油水比水包白油钻井液。经现场应用表明,该钻井液性能稳定,最低密度为0.86g/cm3,具有强抑制性和防泥岩坍塌能力,与清水的相对膨胀率仅为9.84%,抗温达180℃,抗污染能力好,对储层的损害小,渗透率恢复值大于94%,且较纯油基钻井液成本低,对环境污染小。长6、任东2和衡6探井通过应用该低密度水包白油钻井液,实现了欠平衡钻井,顺利钻穿漏失严重的潜山储层,较好地保护了储层,同时解决了钻井液的抗高温和荧光干扰问题,满足了探井施工录井的要求。 The buried hill reservoirs in North China area are deeply buried,and have a high bottom hole temperature and a low formation pressure.An oil-in-water drilling fluid formulated with high concentration of white oil was designed to drill this reservoir.The fluid has a density of 0.86 g/cm3,and is highly inhibitive.The shale core expansion rate is only 9.84% that of fresh water.This fluid is stable at a temperature of 180 ℃.Permeability recovery rate is greater than 94%.This drilling fluid has been used in several exploration wells such as Chang-6,Rendong-2 and Heng-6.Buried hill reservoir was successfully drilled and logged.
