摘要
为解决基质成本的问题,拟选用1种新型基质材料-秸杆气化残余物(以下简称稻草灰),通过烟草育苗试验,研究了稻草灰与常用栽培基质-泥炭的不同配比对烟草苗期生长的影响。通过测定和分析烟草苗期生物量和形态指标以及光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标,结果表明:稻草灰完全替代泥炭作为栽培基质是可行的;部分替代泥炭将会取得更好的效果,最佳替代比例为40%(v/v),即在所有基质配比方案中以泥炭:稻草灰:蛭石:珍珠岩=30:20:20:30(v/v)为最好,且可培育出高品质的幼苗;由试验结果还反推出烟草苗期氮磷钾养分需求比例m(N):m(P2O5):m(K2O)应在1:0.35:0.75左右。
Straw gasification residues (straw ash), a new medium was studied in seedling experiment with an objective of reducing seedling material cost. Different ratio of straw ash and peat were used as cultivation medium to study its effects on tobacco seedling growth. Biomass of seedling, morphology, photosynthesis, transpiration, chlorophyll, root activity were measured and analyzed. Results suggested that replacement of peat with straw ash as cultivation medium was feasible, and better result can be achieved when peat was partially replaced with straw ash. The optimal medium ratio between peat, straw ash, vermiculite, and perlite was 30 : 20 : 20 : 30 (v/v), which may lead to high qualities seedlings. The N, P, K requirement in seedling is N: P2O5:K2O = 1: 0.35: 0.75.
