摘要
总结了陆启滨教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验。陆教授提出肾虚肝郁,痰凝血瘀为多囊卵巢综合征的根本病机。治疗上强调益肾养血,柔肝解郁以治病本,健脾化痰,活血通络以治其标,主张调周助孕,遣方用药特色鲜明。
This paper presents professor LU Qi-bin＇s experience in treating polycystic ovary syndrome. Professor Lu believes that the basic pathogenesis of the disease include deficiency and stagnation of the liver, accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis. In treatment, attention should be paid to invigorating the kidney, nourishing blood, soothing the liver and relieving depression so as to deal with the basic problems. It is also advisable to invigorate the spleen to resolve phlegm and activate blood circulation to remove obstruction in the collaterals. Professor Lu advocates regulating menstrual cycles to assist pregnancy with unique choice of drugs in forming prescriptions.
