摘要
多囊卵巢综合征是一种病因未明、治疗手段未统一的妇科疑难病,目前对于该病的研究,多集中在肥胖型,而对于非肥胖型的研究报道相对较少。但目前临床上此类患者越来越多,陈霞教授临证经验丰富,关注此类患者,并从中医辨证论治角度着手,认为非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的基本病机以肾虚为本、肝旺血瘀为标,治疗上提出以滋肾清肝、调经助孕为基本原则,并自拟滋肾清肝方,同时结合补肾调周理论,必要时中西医结合治疗,临床疗效甚佳。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a difficult gynecological disease with unknown etiology and ununified treatment.At present,the research on polycystic ovary syndrome patients is mainly focused on the obese patients,while the research reports on the nonobese patients are relatively few.From the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,professor Chen Xia believes that the basic pathogenesis of patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome is kidney deficiency,flaming-up of the liver-fire as the standard,the basic principle of treatment is kidney-nourishing water and liver-clarifying fire,and the self-designed kidney-nourishing qinggan prescription,at the same time,combining the theory of tonifying kidney and reyulating cycle,when necessary,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease,has a good clinical effect on this disease.
