摘要
目的对知母盐制前后清热、降血糖作用进行比较研究。方法采用酵母菌致大鼠高热法比较知母清热作用;采用四氧嘧啶致大鼠高血糖法比较知母降血糖作用。结果知母有明显的清热作用,盐制品与生品未见显著性差异,且低剂量组清热作用优于高剂量组;知母有明显的降血糖作用,盐制品作用明显优于生品,且随剂量增加作用增强。结论知母具有清热、降血糖作用,盐制后降糖作用有所增强。
Objective To research the changes of pharmacodynamics in Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. before and after processing, for clarifying the principle of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. processed with salt water. Methods Yeast and Alloxan were used to make model. The pharmacological effects of clearing heat and the decreasing blood glucose of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. were compared before and after processing. Results Either the one processed or unprocessed could clear heat, and no significance was found between them. Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. could obviously decrease the blood glucose of rats. The one processed was better. Conclusion Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. can clear heat and decrease the blood glucose, and the later role wall increase after processing.
