摘要
为了探讨肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制,从临床送检标本中分离出8株耐环丙沙星的肺炎克雷伯氏菌,对其外膜蛋白进行了SDS-PAGE分析。结果发现除1株菌外,其余所有耐环丙沙星的肺炎克雷伯氏菌42kD外膜蛋白带消失,另有1株菌的25kD外膜蛋白带也同时消失。这一结果表明,肺炎克雷伯氏菌的42kD外膜蛋白与其对环丙沙星的通透性有关。
To study the quinolone resistant mechanism in Klebsiella pneumoniae , we isolated 8 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to ciprofloxacin from clinical specimens and analysed their outer membrane protein profile by SDS PAGE. Results demonstrated that the 42kD band disapeared from outer membrane proteins of all resistant strains except one, the 25kD protein band of one strain also disapeared. Our findings indicated that the 42kD outer membrane protein of Klebsiella pneumoniae is related to its permeation for ciprofloxacin and the disapearance of this protein is one of the important reasons for Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to ciprofloxacin.
