河南豫北平原属华北平原的一部分,面积约17000km2,自中更新世早期以来,黄河冲积扇的形成和演化,对其含水层的空间结构及迭置关系,起决定性控制作用。最新计算结果,浅层地下水多年平均补给量为31 15×108m3 a,开采资源量为28 47×108m3 a,储存资源量为547 60×108m3;深层地下水开采资源量为9243×104m3 a,弹性储存量为42 93×108m3。2000年地下水开采量20 36×108m3,地表水实际利用量16 44×108m3。预测2010年河南豫北平原需水量为39 38×108m3,水资源尚有结余;2020年需水量为47 63×108m3,水资源缺口1 74×108m3,总体上是平衡的。评价的浅层地下水资源属可持续利用的地下水资源。规划的6个城市应急水源地集中在沿黄地带,日开采浅层地下水达80×104m3,为城市供水提供了安全保证。
Yubei plain is a part of North China Plain, with an area of about 17000km^2. The formation and changes of the alluvial fan of the Yellow River have played an important role in controlling the structure of the aquifers since the middle Pleistocene times. According to the latest calculation, the long-average annual supply of shallow groundwater is about 31.15×10~8m^3/a, the mining amount is about 28.47×10~8m^3/a, deposited amount is about 547.60×10~8m^3; the long-average annual supply of deep ground water is about 9243×(10~4m^3/a), the flexible deposited amount is about 42.93×10~8m^3/a. The mining amount in 2000 is 20.36×10~8m^3, about 95% of which is the shallow groundwater; the amount of surface water using is about 16.44×10~8m^3. We predict that the water demand in 2010 of Yubei plain is about 39.38×10~8m^3, the amount of groundwater that can be used is about 29.39×10~8m^3, the resource of surface water is about 16.5×10~8m^3, the water resource is still abundant; in 2020, the annual water demand is about 47.63×10~8m^3, available ground water is about 29.39×10~8m^3, available surface water is about 16.5×10~8m^3, the water shortage is about 1.74×10~8m^3, the condition is nearly balance. Our evaluation shows that the shallow ground water resource is sustainable. Because of the great potential of the influent area of the Yellow River (groundwater mining near the river can cause the supply from the river), the 6 city emergency water supply locate near the Yellow River, and the daily available water resource is about 80×10~4m^3, which is enough for the security of the cities.
