摘要
近年来,随着上海轨道交通建设快速发展,运营里程不断增长,不可避免的出现了需要在地铁隧道上方加、卸载施工的现象,给既有地铁线路的保护提出了诸多难题。难题之一是基坑开挖引起坑底隆起会带动下方地铁隧道同步隆起,对隧道使用功能和安全性构成严重威胁,因此,选择合理的基坑设计、施工工艺,控制地铁隧道变形,确保下方地铁隧道安全,成为必须解决的难题。以上海雅居乐广场浅基坑开挖为背景,采用数值方法分析了地基加固、抗拔桩以及考虑时空效应的分块、限时开挖等技术措施以减小下部隧道变形的效果。研究结果表明本工程采取的技术措施是有效的,而且数值模拟结果与现场实测数据基本吻合,可供今后类似工程参考。
With the rapid development of underground railway in Shanghai, more and more engineering projects have to be built adjacent to or above the operating tunnel and such load or unloading will bring many difficulties to those engineers who have the responsibility to insure the safety of running tunnel. When the soil over the tunnel was excavated, deformation will occur to the tunnels due to the changes in the loadings on the tunnel, and this displacement of tunnel gives great threat to passengers and the tunnel itself. To ensure the safe operation of the running tunnels, there is a need to use sound design and construction technology in the excavation of foundation pit in order to control the tunnel deformation. With the excavation case of Yajule mansion and using the numerical analysis method, this paper discusses the effect of adopted measurements of soil improvement, uplift pile, reduction of the excavation area at the same time and shorten the exposed time to decrease the deformation of tunnel. The results from the calculation show that the adopted measurements are effective and the calculated tunnel deformation is consistent with the field measurements, thereby proving that these adopted measurements can serve as reference for similar projects.
