摘要
上海轨道交通 8号线淮海路车站的北风井基坑工程位于运营中的 1号线区间隧道上方 ,基坑挖土深度 9.1m ,隧道上方因土体开挖引起的卸载达 16t。根据计算分析 ,若不采取特殊设计施工措施 ,工程施工引起的地铁隧道变形将不能满足地铁安全正常运行。地铁运营单位、工程建设设计施工单位进行深入研究分析 ,改进设计和施工方法 ,对施工全过程跟踪监控 ,克服诸多困难 ,在工程进展顺利的同时保障了地铁安全。
The excavation pit of north ventilation shaft at Huaihai Road Station of Shangha i Rail Transit Line No.8 is located over the tunnel of Line No.1, which is in operation. The excavation depth of the pit is 9.1m and the unloadin g caused by the excavation over the tunnel is about 16t/m2. According to calcu la tion and analysis, if there are no special measures in design and construction, the deformation of metro tunnel caused by the construction of the Project will s eriously impede safe operation of the Metro. As metro operation company, design institute and construction company of the Project jointly conducted study and re search, the design and construction procedure were improved. The whole course of construction is followed up and monitored, resulting in overcoming many difficu lties, carrying out construction smoothly and guaranteeing safe operation of the Metro.
