摘要
针对现代化高技术冷带轧机拥有四种以上的执行机构(包括压下倾斜和精细分段冷却)参与板形闭环反馈控制而构成的复杂板形自动控制系统,推导建立板形自动控制数学模型的通用数学表达式,并进行板形闭环反馈控制策略的机理研究,揭示现有各类板形闭环反馈控制策略的板形控制原理、简化建模思路、优化求解方法及其优缺点,并且研究提出了一种相对完备的板形闭环反馈控制新策略方法——浪形模态法。经离线仿真调试后,浪形模态法已被成功应用于宝钢1550冷连轧机组的板形控制系统。生产试用表明,浪形模态法可快速精确地将板形缺陷(尤其是四次板形缺陷)控制到目标期望,控制效果良好。
Aiming at complex Automatic Flatness Control (AFC) system of Hi-Tech Cold Strip Rolling Mill which equipped with more than four kinds of actuators which participated in closed-loop feedback control of flatness (including Reduction Tilt and Segments Spray Cooling),the general expression of the AFC mathematical model was built.Based on it,the mechanism of feedback control strategy of flatness was studied,the flatness control principle of the existing various types of closed-loop feedback control strategy was revealed,the modeling thinking was simplified,the solving method were optimized,and a relatively complete novel method (wave mode method) of flatness control strategy was proposed.On the basis of the confirmed feasibility of off-line simulation,the method was applied to 1550mm CDCM flatness control system.The result of trial shows that using wave mode method can rapidly control the flatness defects,especially quartic flatness defect,to targets and has good control performance.
