摘要
为保证板形良好,合理的弯辊力被设定为前提条件之一。为研究1700mm光整机弯辊力的合理设定,利用有限元分析的方法,说明了弯辊力对承载辊缝的影响,结果表明,弯辊力对带钢边部减薄影响严重。而后利用统计学的方法,以板形良好为前提,统计各轧制力、带钢宽度下的弯辊力数据,结果表明,随着轧制力的增大,弯辊力增大,随着带钢宽度的增加,弯辊力减小。以统计数据为基础,实现了1700mm光整机弯辊力自动控制,极大地提高了板形合格品率。
In order to ensure a good shape,a reasonable bending force is set as one of the prerequisites.In order to study the reasonable setting of the bending force of the 1700mm skin pass mill,the finite element analysis method was used to illustrate the effect of the bending force on the load roll gap.The results show that the bending force has a serious effect on the strip edge thinning.Then,using statistical methods,based on the premise of good plate shape,the data of bending force at each rolling force and width were counted.The results showed that as the rolling force increases,the bending force increases.As the width of strip increases,the bending force decreases.Based on statistical data,the automatic control of bending force of 1700mm skin pass mill greatly improved the rate of qualified products.
