摘要
胸痹是指胸中痞塞不通,引起胸膺部满闷窒塞,甚则疼痛的病证。《金匮要略·胸痹心痛短气病脉证治》篇中首创胸痹的辨证论治,并确定其病机为阳微阴弦,提出温补阳气、温阳兼利小便、化痰祛浊等基本祛邪方法来治疗胸痹。在此基础上,后世医家又提出了活血化瘀通络、行气散结、调畅情志、滋养心肝、益气养阴、益气活血等方法。
Chest Impediment in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber refers to the disease characterized by paroxysms of pectoral pain, sometimes accompanied by a feeling of oppression due to qi obstruction in the thorax. The chapter Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber · Syndome Differentiation and Treatment of Chest Impediment, Heartburn, Short Breath first put forward to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chest impediment and determined its pathogenesis of weak yang and wiry yin, and proposed some primary methods to remove the pathogens such as warming yang - qi, warming yang and draining urine, removing phlegm and dampness. On this basis, the physicians in the later generation also raised the methods of promoting blood flow and resolving blood stasise, unblocking the meridian, regulating emotions and nourishing the heart and liver, tonifying qi, nourishing yin and activating blood circulation.
