摘要
通过对南水北调中线工程PCCP埋设土壤环境分析,结合管道特性以及国外已建工程的情况,确定PCCP管道外防腐设计采用环氧煤沥青防腐保护层,并对工程实施过程中,小部分管道的外防腐层局部龟裂现象进行了分析,总结出龟裂的原因,并提出处理方案。
Trough the analysis on the soil environment for embedding PCCP of the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the coal tar epoxy anti-corrosive coating is determined to be applied to the external anti-corrosive coating of the PCCP pipeline in the design concerned in combination with the characteristics of the pipeline and the related data of the overseas existed projects. Furthermore, the local cracking from the external anti-corrosive coating, of a small part of the pipeline during the constrnction of the project is analyzed ; from which the causation of the cracking is summarized, and then the relevant treatment measures are put forward as well.
