类风湿关节炎心脏损伤的危险因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:本文通过回顾性分析128例住院的类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的临床资料,对RA合并心电图和(或)心脏彩超异常的相关因素进行分析。方法:回顾性分析2005-2008年在我院内分泌科住院的128例RA患者通过心电图和(或)心脏彩超检查结果有无异常,将其分为类风湿关节炎心脏正常组和心脏损伤组,并比较两者的一般情况及实验室指标间的差异,并对有差异的指标采用logistica回归方法进行分析。结果:①病变组和正常组各项指标比较其中尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、白蛋白(ALB)、血小板压积(PCT)和年龄有统计学意义(P<0.05);②非条件多因素logistica回归分析、BUN、PCT两个自变量与类风湿关节炎心脏损伤明显相关。结论:BUN,PCT可能是类风湿关节炎心脏损伤的危险因素。
