摘要
本实验在正交优化的基础上,探讨了氧化剂[(NH4)2S2O8]、还原剂(H2C2O4、NaNO2)对红土镍矿中镍、钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:在浸出过程中氧化剂、还原剂的加入急剧加大了钴的浸出速度;其次,还原剂对镍、钴离子的浸出率影响要比氧化剂的影响更加显著。其中NaNO2还原剂的效果最好,5 min时钴的浸出率达到87%;60 min时,镍的浸出率达到90.5%。通过对矿渣的XRD图谱分析可知,加入还原剂有助于矿物中的铁在浸取过程中形成磁铁矿,后续处理可采用磁选法磁选分离回收铁,增加副产值。
Base on the orthogonal experiment, the effects of oxidant ((NH4)2S2O8) and reducing agent (H2C2O4 ,NaNO2) on leaching ratios of nickel and cobalt from laterite ore were investigated. The results showed that the leaching ratio of cobalt was enhanced by adding additive sharply. Moreover, the effect of reducing agent on leaching ratios of nickel and cobalt was more remarkable than oxidant. The optimum result was obtained by adding NaNO2. The leaching ratio of cobalt could reach 87% at 5 min, and the leaching ratio of nickel, 90.5 % , could be obtained at 60 min. From the XRD patterns of slags, it could be showed that the iron was easier to form magnetite during leaching process by adding reducing agent, and then the output value would be increased due to the magnetite in slag recovered by magnetic separation.
