摘要
对云南某地蛇纹石型含镍红土矿进行了常压搅拌浸出试验研究,通过试验得出了浸出的最佳工艺条件:硫酸用量0.4kg/kg试样、矿浆浓度33.33%、温度95℃、时间120min,在此条件下,搅拌浸出2h后镍和钴的浸出率可分别达到74%和78%。
A serpentine-type nickeliferous laterite ore from Yunnan Province was subjected to atmospheric pressure agitation leaching tests. Optimum process conditions of leaching were obtained by the tests: The optimal conditions were found to be the following: the sulphuric acid consumption amounted to 0.4kg/kg ore, the slurry concentration was 33.33%, the leaching temperature was 95℃, the time was 120 minutes. The nickel and cobalt leaching recoveries achieved were up to 74% and 78%, respectively, after two hours′ching at the above conditions.
