摘要
本文在cobb-douglas生产函数的基础上采用中国1992～2006年间30个省市的面板数据就旅游业人力资本与旅游业从业人员数量的增长关系作实证研究。结果表明,我国旅游教育地区发展差距明显,东部地区旅游院校教育人口比重明显高于其他地区;近年来各地的旅游教育人口比重呈现收敛的趋势,说明旅游教育的持续平衡发展将有助于缩小地区差距;另外,物质资本对旅游就业显著正相关,人力资本有超越物质资本的趋势。但是,分层次的旅游教育对就业不显著,表明中国目前的旅游教育仍存在着结构上的问题。
This study explores the contribution of a region’s human capital to its tourism employment,using panel data of 30 provinces from 1992 to 2006.The results show that China’s tourism education has obvious regional disparity,the eastern part of the population proportion of tourism education is higher than that of other regions;the population proportion of the regional tourism education in recent years shows the trend of convergence,so the continuing tourism education will help narrow the regional gaps;Moreover, the physical capital has a significant active role with tourism employment. Human capital will gradually over the role of physical capital. However, the administrative level of tourism education on employment is not remarkable, showing that there are still structural problems in China＇s current tourism education.
