软岩隧道大变形力学机制与刚隙柔层支护技术 被引量:33

Large Deformation Mechanics Mechanism and Rigid-gap-flexible-layer Supporting Technology of Soft Rock Tunnel

摘要 为了解决高应力、节理化软岩隧道在初期支护时产生断面缩小、衬砌开裂、喷射混凝土层剥落、钢拱架扭曲、部分拱架出现折断的大变形破坏问题,基于现场工程地质调查与大变形力学分析,确认了该软岩隧道具有应力扩容型和结构变形型的复合型变形力学机制,提出了复合型变形力学机制向单一型转化的技术;应用有限差分程序FLAC2D进行了软岩隧道导硐式扩刷开挖与全断面开挖变形效应对比分析,在此基础上提出了刚隙柔层支护技术,并由现场试验优化了支护参数。工程实践证明:刚隙柔层支护技术成功解决了高应力、大变形软岩隧道难以支护的问题。 In order to solve the problem of large deformation failure of jointed soft rock tunnel under high stress conditions occurred to the primary support,such as tunnel section reduction,lining cracking,shotcrete flaking,the steel beam distortion,part breakage at steel beam,based on engineering geological survey and large deformation mechanical analysis,the compound deformation mechanics mechanism of soft rock with stress-dilatancy and structure-deformed types was affirmed in the tunnel.The technology that the complex deformation mechanism converted to a single deformation mechanism was proposed.The deformation effects of the pilot heading excavation and full section excavation were analyzed by using FLAC2D.Based on the analysis,the rigid-gap-flexible-layer supporting technology was brought forward,and the supporting parameters were optimized by field tests.The engineering practice demonstrates that the technical difficulties of soft surrounding rock were successfully resolved by the rigid-gap-flexible-layer supporting technology.
