摘要
寒冷地区隧道受环境影响易发生管线冻结,进而对隧道运营安全带来风险。利用隧道中心下部空间设置内嵌式综合管沟,可在一定程度防止水消防系统和排水管道冻结,还能提升隧道空间的利用率。为确保中心管沟能够在低温环境下正常运转,基于吉林大路2号隧道现场一年时间的洞内外温度场实测数据,研究不同风速、风温以及管沟断面形式条件下隧道中心管沟温度场的分布规律。结果表明:随着风速的增加,管沟内温度逐渐降低,且风速对管沟温度场的影响逐渐减弱。随着进口风温的降低,管沟内温度逐渐降低,且温度对管沟温度场的影响逐渐增大。同时,不同管沟的断面形状和尺寸对管沟温度场影响很小,在实际使用中更应注意外界自然条件的影响。
In cold regions,underground pipelines are prone to freezing due to environmental factors,which poses a risk to tunnel operation safety.By setting an embedded comprehensive pipe trench in the lower part of the tunnel center,the risk of freezing for water firefighting systems and drainage pipelines can be mitigated to some extent,and the utilization rate of tunnel space can be improved.To ensure that the central pipe trench can function normally in low temperature conditions,the temperature field distribution in the tunnel center pipe trench under different wind speeds,wind temperatures,and pipe trench cross-sectional forms was studied based on one year field measurement data of the temperature field in the center pipe trench of Dalu No.2 tunnel in Jilin.The results show that as the wind speed increases,the temperature in the pipe trench gradually decreases,and the influence of wind speed on the pipe trench temperature field gradually weakens.As the inlet temperature decreases,the temperature in the pipe trench gradually decreases,and the influence of temperature on the pipe trench temperature field gradually increases.Meanwhile,the cross-sectional shape and size of the pipe trench have little effect on the pipe trench temperature field,and more attention should be paid to the influence of natural conditions in actual use.
