摘要
基于四层次培训效果评估模式,采用等组后测设计,对"西发项目"面向西部农村小学教师开展参与式教学培训的效果进行评估。主要发现有:(1)相对于其他培训而言,教师们对参与式教学培训的花费和后勤安排比较满意,但是对培训者和培训内容比较不满意。(2)在参与式教学观念上,接受过县级以上培训的教师们明显优于没有经过任何县级以上培训的教师,但接受过县级以上参与式教学培训和其他培训的教师之间没有显著性差异。(3)在参与式教学行为上,接受参与式教学培训的教师没有表现出相对于对照教师的优势。(4)参与式培训项目学校与对照学校的学生在参与社会技能、学校适应及语文学业自我概念上没有显著性差异。
Based on four-level training effect evaluation model,researchers evaluate the effect of Participatory Teaching Training(PTT) in western China's rural area by a post-test experiment survey.Results indicate that: 1.Compared with teachers in the control group,teachers who received PTT are more satisfied with cost and service of PTT and more unsatisfied with trainers and training content.2.There is no significant difference between PTT teachers and control group teachers in the notion on PTT.3.PTT teachers' behaviors of participatory teaching are not better than teachers in the control group.4.There is no significant difference between PTT school students and control school students in their social skill,school adaptation and language academic self-concept.
