硫堇-I_3^--PVA共振瑞利散射法测定环境水样中痕量砷(Ⅲ)

摘要 建立了一种测定环境水中痕量砷的共振瑞利散射(RRS)新方法。在pH=5.6的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,I3-与硫堇在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在时能生成稳定的离子缔合物,体系共振瑞利散射增强。当加入微量As(Ⅲ)时,碘能定量氧化As(Ⅲ),导致共振瑞利散射减弱,在0.05~12.0μg/25mL浓度范围内,共振瑞利散射强度的改变值ΔIRRS与As(Ⅲ)浓度呈线性关系,方法检出限为0.92μg/L。用于环境水样中痕量As(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意。 A resonance Rayleigh scattering method was proposed for the determination of Arsenic( Ⅲ ) based on the reactions that 12 reacted with excessive I - to form I3^-, and further reacted with Thionin to form an ion - association complex in the presence of PVA in the buffer of HAc - NaAc. The decrease of resonance Rayleigh scattering intensity was linear to the concentration of Arsenic( Ⅲ) in the range of 0.1 - 12.0 μg/25mL with the detection limit of 0.92 μg/L. The method was applied to the determination of Arsenic ( Ⅲ) in the waste water with satisfactory results. The recoveries were 97.8 ~ 101.3%.
