摘要
建立了一种测定环境水中痕量砷(Ⅲ)的共振瑞利散射(RRS)新方法。在pH=6.6KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(PBS)缓冲溶液中和聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在时,I3-与结晶紫(CV)能生成稳定的离子缔合物,导致共振瑞利散射增强。当加入微量As(Ⅲ)时,碘能定量氧化As(Ⅲ),导致共振瑞利散射减弱。在0.1—3.0μg/25mL浓度范围内,体系的共振瑞利散射改变值ΔIRRS与As(Ⅲ)浓度呈线性关系,方法检出限为1.0μg/L。已用于环境水样中痕量As(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意。
A resonance Rayleigh scattering method is proposed for the determination of arsenic ( Ⅲ )based on the reactions that I2 reacts with excessive I^- to form I3^- ,and further reacts with crystal violet to form an ion-association complex in the presence of PVA in the buffer of KH2PO4-Na2HPO4. The decrease of resonance Rayleigh scattering intensity is linear to the concentration of arsenic( Ⅲ) in the range of 0. 1-3.0μg/25mL with the detection limit of 1.0μg/L. The method was applied to the determination of As^3+ in the waste water with satisfactory results.
