摘要
目的观察运脾调中推拿法配合点刺治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法80例患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用运脾调中推拿法配合点刺,对照组口服思连康。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为97.5%、77.5%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运脾调中推拿法配合点刺是治疗小儿腹泻有效方法。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of massage and pricking method in the treatment of diarrhea in children. METHOD Eighty patients were evenly divided into a treatment group treated with massage and pricking method and a control group treated with Siliankang. RESULT The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 97.5 % and 77.5 % respectively, with marked difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Using massage by activating the spleen and regulating the middle energizer and pricking method is effective in treating diarrhea in children.
