摘要
目的探讨护患沟通技巧在静脉营养支持治疗小儿急性腹泻中的应用及对小儿QOL评分的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月收治的小儿急性腹泻患者86例,均进行静脉营养支持治疗,随机分为两组,每组43例。对照组常规护理,研究组护患沟通技巧,比较两组穿刺情况、护患纠纷发生率、依从性、护理质量、QOL(Quality of Life,生活质量)评分。结果对照组穿刺时间和护患纠纷发生率高于研究组,且穿刺成功率低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组依从性低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组护理质量低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组QOL评分低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性腹泻患者静脉营养支持治疗期间采取护患沟通技巧效果显著,能改善临床穿刺情况和患儿依从性,提高临床护理质量和QOL评分,还能降低护患纠纷的风险,应推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of nurse-patient communication skills in intravenous nutritional support for the treatment of children with acute diarrhea and its influence on children’s QOL scores.Methods A total of 86 children with acute diarrhea who were admitted from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and received intravenous nutritional support treatment.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine care and the study group had nurse-patient communication skills.The two groups were compared with puncture situation,incidence of nurse-patient disputes,compliance,quality of care,QOL(Quality of Life)scores.Results The puncture time and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the control group were higher than those in the study group,and the puncture success rate was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).The compliance of the control group was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05),and the quality of care in the control group was lower in the study group(P<0.05),the QOL score of the control group was lower than the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-patient communication skills used during intravenous nutrition support treatment in children with acute diarrhea have a significant effect,which can improve clinical puncture conditions and patient compliance,improve clinical care quality and QOL score,and reduce the risk of nurse-patient disputes.It should be promoted and applied.
