摘要
目的了解成都市城区初中生非故意伤害相关行为现状,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取成都市城区6所初中共1209名学生,采用中国青少年健康相关行为问卷调查表进行调查。结果非故意伤害相关行为中,发生率最高的是骑车违规行为(43.3%)。多种非故意伤害行为发生率男生高于女生(P<0.01)。学校、家中、交通场所是最容易发生严重伤害的地点。结论城区初中生非故意伤害相关行为发生率较高,学校、家庭、社会应引起充分重视,共同预防、控制和减少非故意伤害的发生,促进青少年健康成长。
Objective To analysis the condition of behavior related to unintentional injuries among junior high school students in Chengdu. Methods A questionnaire investigation was carried out on adolescent health related behavior among 1 209 students selected by three-stage stratified cluster random sampling method from 6 junior high schools in Chengdu urban areas. Results The incidence of violating traffic rules when riding a bicycle was 43.3% , which was the highest among the risk behaviors related to unintentional injuries. The incidences of most unintentional injuries were higher among boy students than those among girl students. Unin- tentional injuries often happen in school, family and on traffic streets. Conclusion The incidences of unin- tentional injuries were high among junior high school students. It is necessary to ally school, family and social to prevent and reduce the injury to improve adolescents＇ health.
