摘要
采用可调参数式低温行星球磨机,对蛋壳进行超微粉碎,研究超微蛋壳粉作为生物钙源,对大鼠骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响。将断乳SD大鼠进行低钙喂养,按其体质量随机分为5组,分别给予基础饲料和添加超微蛋壳粉的饲料。50 d后处死大鼠,对血清中的钙、镁、磷元素进行检测;剥离股骨,测骨矿物质含量(BMC)和骨密度(BMD)。结果显示,超微蛋壳粉是一种良好的钙源,可提高大鼠的血清钙水平、骨矿物质含量和骨密度,防止缺钙发生。
The influence on bone mineral density and metabolic biochemical markers in rats were studied by taking eggshell powder as the biological calcium source, which was superfine grinded by the low temperature and adjustable parameters type planetary ball mill. The SD rats after weaning of low calcium diet were randomly assigned to five groups and fed basic diet or different dosage of superfine grinded eggshell powder. Fifty clays later, all rats were killed, serum eaclium, magnesium and phosphorus were measured and bone mineral content (BMC) and femoral bone mineral density (BMD) were determined. Superfine grinded eggshell powder was an kind of excellent calcium source, it can increase serum calcium content, BMD and BMC and prevent calcium deficiency in rats.
