肉桂挥发油成分分析及其血小板聚集抑制作用研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的分析鉴定广西玉林产肉桂的挥发性成分,并对其抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的血小板聚集作用进行研究。方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对肉桂挥发性成分进行分析鉴定,采用比浊法测定肉桂挥发油、桂皮醛、肉桂酸的体外抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集作用。结果检测了肉桂挥发油中78个化学信号,鉴定出37个化学成分,占挥发油总量的93.48%;桂皮醛、肉桂油均有显著的抑制血小板聚集活性,而肉桂酸的抑制作用不明显。结论研究广西玉林产肉桂挥发油抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集的效应成分,为进一步阐明肉桂活血通经的效应物质及作用机制提供了依据。 d Objective To analyze the volatile constituents from Cinnamon produced in Yulin by GC/ MS, and to analyze their inhibition action against ADP- induced platelet aggregation. Methods The volatile constituent from Cassia Bark was extracted by steam distillation, the contents of cinnamaldehyde was analyzed and identified by the combined means of programmed temperature capillary GC/MS. The in vitro inhibitory effects on ADP-induced platelet aggregation of cinnamon oil, cinnamaldehyde and cinnamic acid were determined by turbidimetry. Results Among 78 chemical signals in cinnamic essential oils, 37 chemical components were separated and identified, accounting for 93.48% of the total essential oils. Cinnamaldehyde and cinnamon oil had remarkable inhibitory activity on platelet aggregation, but the inhibitory effect of cinnamic acid was not obvious. Conclusion Researching the effective component of essential oils against ADP-induced platelet aggregation in Cinnamon produced in Yulin provides the evidence for further elucidation of the effective materials and their action mechanism for activating blood to dredge vessels.
